In April 2023 BIG IDEAs and MoreThanNow brought 30 organisational EDI heads and academics together to showcase new research on how to improve outcomes for minorities in the workplace, co-create ways of studying diversity programme efficacy, and understand each others’ contexts.

Panel on Gender and Racial Discrimination

BIG IDEAs co-hosted the 2020 Exeter Prize and afterwards facilitated a panel on discrimination. We were delighted to have as panellists: Professors Iris Bohnet (Harvard University), George-Levi Gayle (Washington University in St. Louis), Alex Imas (University of Chicago), and Michelle Ryan (University of Exeter). The virtual event took place on April 19, 2021.
